Returns & Refunds

We build gear to last. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how it works.


Shipping

United States only. We currently ship within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 6–10 business days
  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout for time-sensitive purchases

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return on eligible items.


Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, accessories, and all included documentation

For paddles specifically: we cannot accept returns on paddles that have been used in competitive play or show signs of wear beyond a light test session. This keeps quality and fairness consistent for every customer.


Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover all return shipping costs. No extra charge to you.

If you're returning for change of mind, wrong item, or sizing:

  • You are responsible for the actual return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at fjarasports@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation. We respond within one business day with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  4. Ship the package using the carrier specified in our return confirmation email.

Refund Process

Inspection. Once we receive your return, our team inspects the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Refund. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? Just email us. We'll arrange a quick and easy replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
